📋 Description

• Build and maintain relationships with Groupon’s local business partners in the German market.
• Be the key contact for merchants, helping optimize live deals and grow their business.
• Sign new merchants and bring fresh businesses onto the platform.
• Learn how merchants operate, what drives their success, and how Groupon can help them reach more
• Support merchants with questions or issues related to campaigns and ensure a positive experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles.
• Fluency in English and German; other languages are a plus.
• Proficient in using leading AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus.
