Merchant Onboarding Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage the onboarding process for new restaurant and retail merchants
• Create and maintain merchant venue pages, including menu setup, product photos, translations, and
• Ensure merchants receive Wolt-grade service throughout onboarding by monitoring progress
• Support post-activation success by sharing insights, best practices, and aligning merchants with
• Oversee administrative systems to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and updated databases

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in Romanian and English
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn and adapt to new tools
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail
• Structured and service-oriented mindset
