Meta Ads Specialist

📋 Description

• Design, launch, manage, and continuously optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms.
• Conduct audience and keyword research in collaboration with the wider team to inform campaign
• Monitor campaign budgets, spend allocation, and performance across paid advertising initiatives.
• Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, performance gaps, and actionable insights.
• Prepare clear and concise campaign performance reports when required.
• Work closely with the design team to identify, test, and optimize creative assets through A/B

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta.
• Proven experience managing significant advertising budgets of approximately $10K–$50K+ per month
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads, campaign optimization, audience targeting, segmentation, and
• Intermediate proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel for campaign reporting and data
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage budgets, priorities, and multiple
