📋 Description

• The Meta PPC Specialist will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns
• Plan, build, launch, and manage full-funnel Meta advertising campaigns, including targeting
• Analyze key performance metrics such as CPL, ROAS, CAC, frequency, attribution data, and conversion
• Design and execute structured A/B testing across creatives, audiences, offers, messaging, and
• Collaborate with creative teams by providing guidance on ad concepts, hooks, formats, copy angles
• Optimize campaigns to increase qualified lead volume across service-based and ecommerce businesses.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Previous experience working within a digital marketing agency or performance marketing environment.
• Proven success managing lead generation campaigns with measurable acquisition results.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, Meta Pixel, and campaign optimization
• Advanced understanding of audience segmentation, including Lookalike Audiences, Custom Audiences
• Experience with Advantage+ campaigns and Meta’s AI-powered optimization features.
