📋 Description

• Plan, build, launch, and manage full-funnel Meta advertising campaigns for U.S.-based home service
• Develop campaign strategies covering audience targeting, campaign structures, budgets, bidding
• Manage and optimize campaigns across HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, landscaping, pest
• Monitor and analyze CPL, qualified lead rate, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, frequency, CTR, CPM
• Optimize campaigns based on both lead volume and lead quality, working with CRM and sales teams to
• Design and execute structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, offers, copy, landing pages

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns, with direct and demonstrable
• Proven experience working with U.S. home service industries such as HVAC, plumbing, roofing, home
• Strong understanding of lead-generation campaigns, local targeting, lead quality, CPL optimization
• Demonstrated ability to personally manage campaigns and explain strategy, objectives, testing
• Experience managing multiple Meta Ads accounts simultaneously, preferably within a performance
• Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI)
