Metallurgy Technician (Welshpool)

📋 Description

• Receive, prepare, and manage samples, including inventory preparation
• Conduct a range of metallurgical testwork activities, including: sample drying and weighing, rotary
• Deliver high-quality testwork within project timelines
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to QA/QC procedures
• Use your initiative to work independently and support senior technicians and the wider team
• Apply strong attention to detail to maintain consistent work standards

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years’ experience in minerals processing, production or laboratory testing industries
• Knowledge and experience with various commodities and unit operations
• Experience in metallurgical laboratory operations and/or testing operations
• Forklift certification
• First aid training
• Availability to work on a casual roster, Monday to Friday, with shifts generally between 6 am and 3
