📋 Description

  • Develop, prove-out, optimize, maintain, and revise CMM / dimensional measurement programs based on
  • Perform online and offline CMM programming, depending on equipment and software configuration
  • Execute measurement routines and validate dimensional results
  • Prepare and issue detailed inspection reports
  • Perform CAD-to-measurement comparison and analyze dimensional deviations
  • Support first-off inspection, launch activities, troubleshooting, and serial production inspection

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience in Metrology / CMM Programming within an automotive or industrial manufacturing
  • Fluent English is mandatory, both written and spoken
  • Strong experience in developing and modifying CMM measurement programs
  • Good knowledge of CAD, engineering drawings, GD&T, datum systems, tolerances, and inspection
  • Experience with online and/or offline CMM programming
  • Strong ability to interpret and validate dimensional measurement results
