Metrology Coordinator

📋 Description

• Identify and record all calibrated tools which include but are not limited to torque wrenches
• Monthly audits and inspection of calibrated tools and equipment
• Work with metrology team at headquarters for documentation submission and management
• Pull and hand over documentation to technicians and engineers upon request. Majority of these
• Inspect new tooling and equipment to ensure there are no manufacturing defects that may cause items
• Ensure all tooling and equipment maintain compliance with VAST's quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of manufacturing, tool crib or data entry experience
• Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratory (PMEL) and/or Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment
• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025, AS9100D and ISO9001
• In depth knowledge and experience within Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience using shop equipment
• Ability to work outside in extreme heat and cold in a desert environment
