🎯 Requirements

An undergraduate degree in life sciences or equivalent advanced degree with experience.
Customer service experience is an advantage
Fluency in English, additional language skills in Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai or Korean preferred
Advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Independent problem solving and decision-making skills
