Microbiology Analyst

📋 Description

• Carry out environmental monitoring activities within GMP cleanroom and manufacturing environments
• Perform a range of microbiological analyses including bioburden, endotoxin, microbial
• Review, trend, and interpret microbiological and analytical data, ensuring all results
• Support investigations relating to deviations, provide technical expertise to identify root causes
• Collaborate closely with clients and colleagues, providing regular project updates, delivering
• Maintain a safe, organised, and audit-ready laboratory environment, keep training and documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Microbiology or a related scientific discipline and at least one year of experience
• Academic and/or practical environmental monitoring (EM) experience and a strong understanding of
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, meet established timelines, and remain
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong working
• Strong organisational, documentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work
• Customer-focused mindset, a passion for quality and continuous improvement, and a proven track
