📋 Description

• Provide Level 3 support for a portfolio of business-critical Microsoft applications
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues
• Deliver minor enhancements and approved change requests
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of supported applications and services
• Act as a senior technical escalation point
• Provide expert guidance and drive problem resolution

🎯 Requirements

• C# / .NET Framework / .NET Core
• ASP.NET MVC / Web APIs
• SQL Server troubleshooting
• L3 support experience
• Incident / Problem / Change Management
• Minor enhancement and change delivery experience
