Mid-Atlantic Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple states, ensuring timely, accurate, efficient service
• Lead, coach, and develop direct reports and regional team members, establishing clear expectations
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying operational gaps, implementing scalable solutions, and
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to improve service quality, operational efficiency
• Partner with Sales, Service, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to address customer needs
• Plan and manage the allocation and utilization of labor, budgets, and other operational resources

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience in customer operations, service delivery, project management, or
• Demonstrated experience directly managing teams responsible for customer operational functions such
• Proven track record of driving change management, process improvement, operational standardization
• Strong analytical and business acumen, with the ability to interpret operational data, manage KPIs
• Experience in telecommunications, wireless communications, or a related industry is strongly
