Mid-Level Plumbing Estimator / CAD & BIM Specialist

📋 Description

• Prepare accurate plumbing estimates and quantity takeoffs for commercial construction projects
• Review architectural, plumbing, mechanical, structural, and civil drawings, specifications, and bid
• Perform detailed takeoffs for plumbing fixtures, piping, equipment, fittings, valves, and other
• Develop material and labor estimates based on project scope, drawings, specifications, and
• Identify scope gaps, discrepancies, conflicts, and missing information before submitting bids
• Solicit and coordinate pricing from vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and manufacturers

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of commercial plumbing estimating experience
• Strong experience with commercial, industrial, multifamily, hospitality, retail, or mixed-use
• Ability to independently perform plumbing takeoffs and develop complete estimates
• Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems, materials, installation methods, and
• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural, plumbing, mechanical, and construction drawings
• Hands-on AutoCAD experience, preferably with plumbing shop drawings or construction drafting
