Mid-Market Sales Manager

📋 Description

• Hire, develop, motivate, and manage 6–8 full-cycle Account Executives who each own a defined
• Coach reps to be trusted advisors in their local markets
• Actively participate in the sales process through ride-alongs, joint customer visits, site visits
• Conduct regular pipeline and deal reviews, provide performance analysis, and deliver consistent
• Help team build pipeline from scratch in new and existing markets; coach on local prospecting
• Partner with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, launch, and customer success

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership experience hiring, managing, and developing a team of 6+ quota-carrying
• Track record of consistently exceeding team quotas and helping reps grow and get promoted
• Direct experience in field sales or managing field sales teams
• Passion for coaching and building high-performing sales teams
• Entrepreneurial mindset, scrappy, adaptable, energized by fast-paced environments
• Strong business judgment and data fluency
