📋 Description

• Support new SMB customers on their Payoneer onboarding journey
• Using CRM tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Marketo to drive KYC approvals for our new
• Strong customer engagement, objection handling and negotiation to draft win-win deals with target
• Scalable email communication with new accounts while collaborating with various cross functional
• Troubleshooting operational and payment issues for new customers with their first
• Partner with central functions and regional sales teams across different verticals to drive new

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder
• 5+ years of experience engaging with B2B SMB sales/service experience is a huge advantage.
• Good sales acumen; ability to multi-task and stay on track to deliver against deadlines
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office – Excel, Word,
• Fluency in English. Fluency in one other Asian language is an advantage.
• Good team player, highly self-motivated with a growth mindset.
