Mid Office Associate - Digital Assets

📋 Description

• Perform daily reconciliation of positions, trades, and cash/token balances across centralized
• Calculate and substantiate daily P&L across multiple asset types, ensuring valuation
• Investigate and resolve trade breaks, valuation discrepancies, and settlement issues, identifying
• Build and maintain Python-based tools and notebooks to automate recurring reconciliation
• Query and manage data across internal databases to support reconciliation, reporting, and ad hoc
• Synthesize complex, ambiguous situations, including breaks spanning multiple venues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, STEM, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in trading operations, middle office, product control, or a related
• Python skills, including experience with data libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy) and building
• Solid understanding of databases and data structures; SQL experience required.
• Familiarity with CeFi, DeFi, and OTC market structure, including exchange APIs, on-chain data, and
• Experience with P&L calculation, trade reconciliation, and valuation concepts across asset
