🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment
• Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment
• Global sourcing experience: You have a track record of helping attract talent from major tech hubs
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• You thrive in a high-trust environment where you are empowered to learn, improve processes, and
