Mid-Sr Designer, Global Navigation

📋 Description

• Deliver end-to-end UX and visual design solutions for global navigation and search experiences
• Move effectively between navigation and search initiatives as team capacity, user needs, and
• Collaborate closely with design leads and cross-functional partners to solve complex UX challenges
• Maintain consistency across navigation and search surfaces, ensuring cohesive interactions and
• Partner with design-system teams to contribute reusable components, UI patterns, interaction
• Rapidly absorb existing research, product context, technical constraints, and user requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6+ years of professional digital product design experience, particularly across enterprise
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Fine Arts, or a
• Strong portfolio and demonstrated design process, showcasing visual and UI craft.
• Proven ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments with with changing priorities and
• Ability to quickly grasp new domains, user requirements, existing research, technical constraints
• Proficiency with modern design tools, particularly Figma.
