📋 Description

• Provide group or 1:1 school-based counseling services to students with and without IEPs as part of
• Participate in intervention meetings (e.g., SAP, MTSS, grade level meetings) to collaborate on
• Build relationships with external community and social services professionals to develop agency
• Facilitate workshops and learning opportunities for families.
• Participate on school staff teams to develop policies and practices for school culture.
• Drive social and emotional intervention plans for high-need students, including those with 504s

🎯 Requirements

• Masters in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Pennsylvania Licensure (LSW minimum).
• Commitment to working with underserved students.
• At least 1+ years of experience working in a K-12 environment.
• Experience working within an urban school.
• Experience adapting therapeutic interventions to be culturally relevant for diverse communities.
