Middle/Senior Marketing Data Analyst

📋 Description

• Analyze ROMI and payback across channels, geos, campaigns, and cohorts to identify inefficiencies
• Research performance of creatives, audiences, bid strategies, optimization events, and new
• Work with predictive metrics, in particular pLTV, together with ML/DS team
• Monitor quality of marketing and attribution data: work with MMP, SKAdNetwork and reconciliations
• Help marketing teams move from observing metrics to concrete changes in budgets and strategies
• Own the engineering path from data to decision: model marts in dbt, work via git and code review

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics in a product company
• Confident in SQL and use Python for data analysis
• Apply statistics in practice: work with experiments, confidence intervals, and understand causality
• Understand marketing attribution principles
• Able to go from metric to decision: find insight, explain to stakeholders, and drive budget or
• Experience with dbt and git, or strong technical base and readiness to quickly master them
