📋 Description

• Shape the direction and design language of our retailer portal product.
• Build a deep understanding and partner with a cross-functional team of PMs, engineers, POs, and
• Get constant and quick feedback from stakeholders and iterate quickly.
• Think holistically across all BOSS Revolution products' touch points and help create a cohesive
• Grow and maintain our cross-platform, cross-functional design system.
• Lead workshops with key stakeholders, creating prototypes, and developing high-fidelity

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product design.
• Expertise in designing and prototyping in Figma; You know how to switch between modes, create
• High bar for quality, with excellent visual, UI and mobile interaction skills.
• Service design mindset, framing problems in the context of our UX strategy while executing at low
• You always create clickable prototypes while discussing your UX solutions. Never static designs.
• Efficiency prototyping at appropriate levels of abstraction and fidelity.
