📋 Description

• Follow a nurse's care plan to provide personal care and daily living support.
• Assist with activities of daily living and companionship.
• Support bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care.
• Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, laundry.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ROM exercises.
• Provide medication reminders and monitor client wellbeing.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum one year of home care experience.
• Current HHA license in good standing with the NJ Board of Nursing.
• Ability to travel to clients' homes as assigned.
• Compassionate care with strong communication.
