📋 Description

• Follow a written plan of care from a registered nurse.
• Provide personal care and companionship to clients at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and daily tasks.
• Perform light housekeeping and household support.
• Support clients to stay safe and independent at home.
• Travel to clients' homes as assigned; day/evening/weekend shifts.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum one year of home health care experience.
• Current HHA license listed in good standing with the board.
• Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) credential preferred; training provided.
• Passion for caregiving and helping others.
• Ability to travel to clients' homes.
• Degree not required for this role.
