• Follow nurse-driven plan; provide personal care and companionship.
• Assist with activities of daily living and promote independence.
• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Assist transfers and mobility; ROM exercises as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year home health or patient care experience.
• Current HHA license in good standing with the board.
• A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others.
• Commitment to delivering quality, present care.
• Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect.
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
