Military Intelligence Analyst (OSINT)

📋 Description

• Research, verify and maintain military Order of Battle (ORBAT) data for the assigned countries
• Update and enhance military equipment inventory datasets, including identification, classification
• Maintain and expand military installation data, including bases, headquarters, training facilities
• Produce military capability assessments for the assigned countries
• Assess military capabilities across land, maritime, air, strategic support and joint force domains
• Contribute to finished intelligence products, customer-facing research, briefings, webinars and

🎯 Requirements

• Experience conducting OSINT research in defence, security, geopolitical or intelligence-related
• Understanding of basic military organisation, force structure, military equipment and defence
• Ability to synthesise large volumes of information into clear, evidence-based analytical assessments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• A Master's degree in International Relations, Strategic Studies, War Studies, Defence Studies
• Desirable: Experience analysing military forces
