📋 Description

• Own the full lifecycle of Axon's ecosystem outcomes in a strategic agency account.
• Build and ship capabilities on Axon stack onsite and with real data.
• Embed for the long haul with onsite presence and strong executive relationships.
• Move from reactive support to proactive outcome design and field-driven innovation.
• Operate within CJIS/compliance and privacy guardrails in every build.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles, program management, or complex deployments.
• Experience building automations, agents, workflows, integrations, or AI-enabled tools in customer
• Comfort across hardware, software, cloud, and AI-enabled systems.
• Strong communication with technical teams and senior stakeholders in mission-critical contexts.
• Full ownership mentality in ambiguous, fast-changing environments; can balance Product
• Ability to obtain and maintain CJIS compliance and security standards.
