📋 Description

• Own the full lifecycle of Axon’s ecosystem within a strategic agency account.
• Embed onsite 3-4 days/week, delivering deployment, adoption, and ongoing success.
• Design, build, and ship AI-enabled workflows, agents, and integrations on Axon’s platform.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Support, and Services to ensure mission outcomes.
• Operate with CJIS, privacy, and evidence integrity guardrails in every build.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in customer-facing tech roles, program management, or complex deployments.
• Proven builder who ships automations, workflows, and AI-enabled tools in production.
• Experience across hardware, software, cloud, and integrated systems; strong communication with
• Ability to obtain and maintain CJIS compliance and security standards.
