🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles or program management
• Experience shipping automations, agents, workflows, or AI-enabled tools
• Comfort across hardware, software, cloud, and integrated systems
• Strong communication with technical teams and senior stakeholders
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
• Ability to obtain and maintain CJIS compliance
