📋 Description

• Own the full lifecycle of Axon’s ecosystem for strategic agencies on site
• Embed for the long haul: onsite presence, ship on Axon stack, ensure adoption
• Define success with mission outcomes, not slideware or product health
• Balance building AI-powered tools with real-world field adoption
• Operate across deployment, adoption, optimization, and ongoing success
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Services to resolve issues

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles, program management, or complex deployments
• Experience in public safety or law enforcement environments preferred
• Proven builder of automations, agents, workflows, and integrated tools
• Comfort across hardware, software, cloud, and AI-enabled tech
• Strong communication with technical teams and senior stakeholders
• Full ownership mentality in ambiguous, fast-changing settings
