• 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles or program management
• Experience in complex deployment environments
• Proven builder of automations, agents, and integrations
• Comfort across hardware, software, cloud, and AI-enabled tech
• Strong communication with technical teams and executives
• Ability to navigate fast-changing, ambiguous settings
