📋 Description

• Owner of customer outcomes within strategic accounts, embedding for the long haul onsite
• Design, build, and ship tools on Axon platform (AI Era, agents, workflows, integrations, data
• Own deployment, adoption, optimization, and ongoing success end-to-end
• Maintain CJIS, privacy, and evidence integrity guardrails in every build
• Hands-on engagement with agencies to transform operations, not just adopt software
• Onsite presence 3-4 days per week, drive mission outcomes in production

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles, program management, or complex deployments
• Proven builder who ships automations, agents, workflows, or AI-enabled tools in customer
• Comfort across hardware, software, cloud, and integrated systems
• Strong communication with technical teams and senior stakeholders
• Full ownership mentality in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
• Ability to obtain and maintain CJIS compliance and security standards
