🎯 Requirements

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles, 8+ years
• Proven builder of automations, agents, workflows, or AI tools
• Comfort across hardware, software, cloud, and AI-enabled tech
• Strong communication with technical teams and senior stakeholders
• Full ownership mentality in fast-changing environments
• Ability to obtain and maintain CJIS compliance
