Mission Engineer - Vancouver, British Columbia

📋 Description

• Own the full lifecycle of Axon’s ecosystem for a strategic agency account.
• Build and ship tools on Axon’s platform onsite in the agency environment.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Support, and Services to ensure production-ready solutions.
• Maintain onsite presence (3-4 days/week) and drive operational outcomes.
• Define success metrics and drive adoption, with CJIS, privacy, and evidence integrity in mind.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles, program management, or complex deployments.
• Experience shipping automations, agents, workflows, integrations, or AI-enabled tools in customer
• Comfort across hardware, software, cloud, AI-enabled tech, and integrated systems.
• Strong communications with technical teams and senior stakeholders in mission-critical settings.
• Full ownership mentality in ambiguous, fast-changing environments; ability to balance multiple
• Ability to obtain and maintain CJIS compliance and security standards.
