Mission Operations Engineer

📋 Description

• Execute satellite operation procedures
• Troubleshoot anomalies and implement corrective actions
• Design and implement automation solutions for monitoring and maintaining satellite health
• Execute simultaneous missions with a small team of operators
• Collaborate with engineers across all disciplines to execute satellite operation plans and maintain
• Analyze telemetry data and satellite health reports to assess system performance and identify

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of project or industry experience operating or automating complex systems
• Experience with Python, Julia, or another high-level scripting language
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure
• Ability to work independently and in a team, take initiative, and communicate effectively
