📋 Description

• Own mission success — accountable for customers' success, from program delivery to adoption, value
• Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and be a trusted partner.
• Manage complex programs including scope, schedule, cost, dependencies, and risk.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams (Sales, Deployment, Support, Product, Engineering) to meet
• Anticipate problems and proactively resolve escalations and recurring issues.
• Understand how decisions affect business outcomes, and partner with Sales to grow relationships.

• 5+ years supporting complex federal customers or programs
• Deep customer and mission orientation
• Strong program management skills
• Brings clarity to complex challenges
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and communication
• Understanding of federal contracting and business fundamentals
