📋 Description

• Build Production AI Systems: design backend services integrating DL models and CV.
• Power experimentation and validation: offline experiments and POC to move to production.
• Develop Data Pipelines: build scalable pipelines feeding Nanit's AI.
• Own What You Ship: end-to-end feature ownership from planning to production monitoring.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: work with Algorithms and Data teams to ship maintainable systems.
• Backend Guild Engagement: contribute to backend standards across the R&D team.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of backend software development experience.
• Production systems on AWS with Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, Grafana/Prometheus.
• Programming: Python or Rust.
• Web services experience with REST and WebSocket APIs.
• AI tooling experience in daily workflow.
• Strong problem solving and self-learning mindset.
