📋 Description

• Serve as the appointed Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) for MoonPay UK, holding the SMF17
• Develop, implement, and continually enhance MoonPay's AML/CTF framework, policies, and procedures
• Lead the review, investigation, and reporting of suspicious activity to the National Crime Agency
• Own and maintain MoonPay UK's client asset protection (CASS) framework, ensuring robust controls
• Deliver AML/CTF and CASS training across the business and champion a strong culture of compliance.
• Partner closely with global compliance, legal, and risk teams to ensure consistency across

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in compliance/AML roles, including at least 5 years in a registered MLRO or
• Deep understanding of UK AML/CTF regulations, the wider regulatory landscape, and CASS rules.
• Proven experience engaging with regulators, drafting reports, and leading AML/CTF audits.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across
• Experience working across a breadth of compliance disciplines, with the appetite to take on more
