📋 Description

• Manage and maintain complex systems across multiple properties, including HVAC, lighting, and
• Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance across properties; maintain records of inspections
• Perform inspections across multiple properties to ensure compliance and optimal performance
• Enforce compliance with safety standards across all managed properties; maintain safety logs for
• Participate in on-call rotations to respond to emergencies across properties, including severe
• Provide mentoring and technical guidance to junior mobile technicians; assist with training

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of job-related experience or commensurate certification/trade experience.
• Valid state driver's license required. Engineering and trade licenses required per local, state, or
• CFC Certification preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC, BAS, and electrical systems; ability to diagnose and repair complex
• Basic skills with Microsoft Office Outlook and laptop/phone applications for work order systems
• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds; ability to perform physically
