📋 Description

• Build, ship, maintain, and continuously improve production mobile applications, balancing
• Identify friction and opportunities across onboarding, activation, engagement, retention
• Translate product questions and user problems into practical improvements, prototypes, A/B tests
• Use product and user data to understand behavior, define success metrics, analyze outcomes, and

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience building, shipping, and supporting production mobile applications for real
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including APIs, data modeling, testing, debugging
• Practical exposure to growth experimentation, A/B or split testing, conversion optimization
• Experience improving real product flows such as onboarding, activation, paywalls, trials, checkout
• Experience with Flutter/Dart, TypeScript/NestJS, MongoDB, or comparable technologies, together with
• Ability to independently move from identifying a problem through implementation, release
