Mobile Team Lead, iOS & Android

📋 Description

• Design, implement, deliver, and test innovative iOS and Android applications while understanding
• Communicate with leadership, product owners, other technologists and users to create working
• Break down complex problems into elegant technical solutions for Lab49's clients.
• Actively contribute to adoption of strong software architecture, development best practices, and
• Lead team of engineers, multiply their effectiveness, and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Help build and modernize large-scale consumer banking experiences focusing on customer onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• 10-12+ years of experience designing and building complex commercial-grade software systems with 4+
• Expert-level skills building production iOS applications with Swift using SwiftUI and UIKit
• Exposure to Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
• Experience in consumer banking including account management and onboarding
• Familiarity with integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries
• Understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and best practices
