Modeling and Simulation Project Embedment Lead

📋 Description

• Map current workflows and identify M&S and AI automation and augmentation opportunities
• Oversee embedment and adoption of M&S and AI tools across the Therapeutic Areas
• Work closely with solution developers to translate business problems into actionable requirements
• Reimagine and define fit-for-purpose ways of working, processes, and templates in collaboration
• Train, onboard, and enable end-users on new M&S and AI tools to drive adoption and effective use
• Monitor adoption metrics and identify barriers; iterate on processes to reduce friction and feed

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree with 8–10 years of experience or PhD with 5–8 years of experience in Statistics
• Strong experience working in clinical trial design as a statistician or data scientist
• Applied understanding of how M&S and AI can augment clinical trial workflows, with an eye for
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams — translating end-user needs into developer-ready
• Experience in change management or process improvement within drug development
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
