🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of dedicated motion design experience in-house at a fast-paced tech company, creative
• Demonstrated ability to balance disciplined, organized systems thinking (templates, toolkits, brand
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and the core Adobe Creative Cloud
• Hands-on experience developing modular After Effects templates, Essential Graphics/MOGRTs, and
• A standout reel and portfolio showcasing a balanced breadth of work—from large-scale event stage
• Solid command of digital video formats, aspect ratios, framerates, codecs, and render optimization
