NAC Consumables Production Manager

📋 Description

• Manage the hiring process of staff as needed to complete assigned work
• Ensure staff is appropriately trained on all required procedures prior to performing and verify
• Manage the priorities of each team, ensuring that the changing needs of the company and customers
• Ensure manufacturing priorities are completed by managing shop orders and due dates, scheduling
• Effectively communicate and coordinate with internal customers, internal suppliers, and team
• Ensure appropriate work instructions are in place and up to date for all processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, business administration, Quality Control, or a related field or
• 5 years of demonstrated work experience in a related field including management of manufacturing
• Experience working in an ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 certified QMS, or equivalent, environment
• Working knowledge or training in Lean or Continuous Improvement concepts
• Proficient in the usage of Microsoft Office software and inventory management system
• Professional presence and strong attention to detail
