NAC Consumables Production Manager

📋 Description

• Lead a team in Nucleic Acid Chemistry Consumables Manufacturing, coordinating internal and external
• Manage team priorities, aligning them with company and customer needs.
• Ensure manufacturing priorities are met through effective management of shop orders, employee
• Communicate and coordinate efficiently with customers, suppliers, and team members.
• Maintain up-to-date work instructions to support standardized processes and continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership through performance evaluations, goal setting, coaching, and technical expertise.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, business administration, Quality Control, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in a related field, including management of manufacturing teams
• Experience in an ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 certified QMS environment
• Knowledge or training in Lean or Continuous Improvement concepts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software and inventory management systems
• Proven leadership skills in a consumables manufacturing environment
