National Account Manager

📋 Description

• Own the full direct-sales cycle within the assigned industry vertical, including prospecting
• Develop relationships with building owners, design teams, consulting engineers, design-build
• Activate an existing professional network to generate qualified opportunities and build a strong
• Manage pipeline activity and sales opportunities in CRM systems while working toward assigned
• Navigate industry-specific purchasing processes, including national account programs, construction
• Work with consulting engineers, contractors, and owner engineering groups to position solutions as

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, a related STEM discipline, or equivalent technical
• 7+ years of HVAC sales experience, including at least 5 years selling directly to building owners
• Demonstrated technical and application expertise within one or more of the following sectors
• Established professional network and strong reputation within at least one target vertical, with
• Strong understanding of how buildings within the relevant vertical are designed, specified, bid
• Ability to perform psychrometric calculations, equipment selection, and technical application

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary of approximately $140,000–$180,000, depending on relevant experience, qualifications
