📋 Description

• Lead strategy and execution of national events, experiential campaigns, and partnerships across the
• Own a national experiential calendar to boost brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
• Turn concepts into on-site experiences from major festivals to community activations and retail
• Oversee budgets, vendors, production, logistics, staffing, and on-site delivery.
• Build external partnerships with creative, social, PR, retail, e-commerce, and influencer teams.
• Deliver memorable, measurable, scalable consumer experiences aligned with business priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years in experiential marketing, events, sponsorships, partnerships, or related field.
• Experience independently managing events from concept through production and on-site.
• Proven ability to manage national events and high-touch consumer/partner experiences.
• Strong vendor management, negotiation, budgeting, and logistics capabilities.
• Excellent project management with multiple events, budgets, and timelines.
• Highly organized with problem-solving and risk-management skills; strong communication skills.
