📋 Description

• Drive Portfolio Education Strategy & Execution: Translate oncology portfolio and brand
• Support and Direct Creation of Portfolio Nurse Education Strategy: Support National Director in
• Lead Through Influence: Build alignment and drive decisions across cross-functional stakeholders
• Optimize Field Operations: Partner with Field Operations to ensure ONE has effective tools
• Advocate for ONE: Represent the voice, needs, and value of the ONE organization in cross-functional
• Enable Field Performance: Identify emerging field needs, barriers, and opportunities and rapidly

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; nursing, healthcare, business, or life sciences preferred.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotech, or related industry experience
• Previous field leadership, sales leadership, field operations, commercial strategy, or field
• Clinical & Industry Expertise: Strong clinical patient management experience, oncology clinical
• Strategic & Business Acumen: Ability to translate strategy into focused field execution
• Influence & Collaboration: Proven ability to influence without authority and lead effectively
