📋 Description

• Translate oncology portfolio and brand priorities into clear ONE field priorities, plans
• Support National Director in creation of portfolio above brand nursing strategy and tactics to
• Build alignment and drive decisions across cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
• Partner with Field Operations to ensure ONE has effective tools, processes, systems, reporting
• Represent the voice, needs, and value of the ONE organization in cross-functional planning; build

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; nursing, healthcare, business, or life sciences preferred.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotech, or related industry experience
• Previous field leadership, sales leadership, field operations, commercial strategy, or field
• Strong clinical patient management experience, oncology clinical acumen and understanding of
• Ability to translate strategy into focused field execution; understand customer and account
• Proven ability to influence without authority and lead effectively across cross-functional teams
