• Drive portfolio education strategy and execution
• Support and direct creation of portfolio nurse education strategy

• Enable field performance by identifying emerging field needs and mobilizing resources

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; nursing, healthcare, business, or life sciences preferred
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotech, or related industry experience
• Previous field leadership, sales leadership, field operations, commercial strategy, or field
• Strong clinical patient management experience, oncology clinical acumen, understanding of
• Ability to translate strategy into focused field execution; use data and insights to prioritize
• Proven ability to influence without authority and lead across cross-functional teams
