National Medical Director, Enterprise Partnerships

📋 Description

• Lead and drive Performance Excellence clinical outcomes across all contracts within your portfolio
• Strategically align and coordinate with Aledade's national Enterprise strategy leadership on
• Own clinical strategy goals and objectives and deploy resources to drive successful clinical
• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Medical Directors and Clinical Directors, setting clear
• Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and development planning for direct reports
• Translate clinical strategy goals into team assignments and deploy resources across portfolios

🎯 Requirements

• Doctorate in Medicine (MD or DO)
• Residency in an adult primary care specialty (family medicine, general internal medicine, geriatric
• Board Certified in their speciality (ABFM, etc)
• 2+ years of experience directly managing and developing physician or clinical leaders (e.g.
• 2+ years of direct clinical (patient care) experience, with consideration given to quality
• 5+ years of experience working in partnership with hospitals and health systems as a medical
